In unlikely event that you received wrong, defective or damaged merchandise, please contact or customer service department by completing the CUSTOMER CONTACT FORM as soon as possible to determine the best method for replacement of your product.
For Product Damaged during shipping: You must immediately notify the carrier to record the damage. In many cases you may need to retain the original box for their inspection.
Returns: Please complete the CUSTOMER CONTACT FORM to request a return authorization. Note: Returns will not be accepted without authorization. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee may apply for unopened merchandise. Opened merchandise will be credited at 50% of the purchase price. Freight charges are excluded from refunds.
